help me choose a decent smd rework station

Hi everyone .I am new to this forum and  recently started studying electronics engineering ,as part of the  personal projects and circuits   I'm building,  I want to start doing some  work with smds as a result I was thinking of buying myself a cheap but decent hot air rework station;so far I"ve got  my eyes on these two (please keep in mind my budget is limited ):
