Help needed identifying component!
« on: November 07, 2017, 06:28:31 pm »
Thank you in advance for the help !

Need to identify the burned component.
It's a water faucet, with lmv358 and PIC16F526-I/ST, and some infrared receiver/transmitter, etc...
In the faucet it self there is a solenoid valve 14w of power.
Faucet runs on a crp2 battery 6v, 1.4A.

Thank you blue and others!.
Can I please ask you blueskull for a brief explanation on how did you came up with the part number.
My wild guess would be that you are familiar with the design, or simple there are people in this business that pretty much can figure out almost any design as soon as they see it !.

If am not asking to much, which I know I do, if you are able to as sad before just shortly elaborate or I will not push my luck with the elaboration, maybe just a simple hints, so I do the rest of the work myself !...

Thank you either way !

He meant date code.

Not the only one, but this one is better than most on smd part codes: http://www.s-manuals.com/smd

Start with the first two letters. Then if you find some matches, look at the package type.
