His original site has a zipped Eagle project, so you could download the free version of Eagle (
https://cadsoft.io/) and open the project in it. That will tell you the sizes of the footprints. I guess that is what Monkeh has done, I don't have Eagle installed myself.
Calipers are the sure fire way to figure that out too, nothing wrong with that.
Or you could ask the guy - he has a contact form on his website. I have checked on QRZ.com, but OK3ZB doesn't have an e-mail there, sadly.
