I got my hands on a copy of this book, the original 1993 version.  While the math hasn't changed, it does feel a bit dated - lots of time is spent on chip families that aren't in much use these days (at least I don't think they are).

Amazon has what appears to be a 2008 version, but I can't tell if it's just a reprint or an update.  Anyone know?
