Searching for parts

Hello,
I got a problem with a keyboard, I take it aparts and find a broken conponent under the key who wont work.
I desoldered it without problem with a hot air gun. Everything was fine but I absolutly dont know what it is. I absolutly dont know if it will repare the keyboard, but i am amused to try.
It's the D48 conponent
It's written L43ON on a 3 contact conponent.
I hope you can help me, at least if you can tell me something similar I can re-wire it.
