Homemade Cabinet Radio Project
« on: April 03, 2017, 04:08:44 am »
Hey everyone! I'm currently throwing the idea around of making a simple radio of my own, I've repaired enough yard sale radios at this point to make me interested in making something of my own (kinda). I will be building my own cabinet, maybe 12''x12''x9'' or so. I'm a big fan of old Zenith radio's, 1930's. I want to base my project off the schematics of an older radio. Does anyone have any suggestions before I use something I'm already familiar with as a template? I'd like to get into something a bit different but definitely still an older/tube vibe. Thanks everyone and hope all is well.

Here is a collection of tons of old radio/tv/audio magazines you can look
for ideas and DIY articles, free for download.
