How to attach images or files to a PM???

I donno how to attach or insert a picture or a file to a PM sent to another member...does anyone know how?

I think for PM, you have to have the image on an actual storage site, like a comcast web account or something, or like photobucket.  Then you simply insert image, and between the '[ IMG ][ /IMG ]' you put the URL linking to the image

Thanks, Falcon69, I guess that is the only way it can be done so I must first post it on some cloud storage site.

I decided to just email to solve the problem.

Someone (Chris Wilson)sent me a picture to me in a PM, and I don't know how it was accomplished...said I must be hosting a site to do this in my own outgoing PM's..
