Do you have a scope ??
Also you could try filtering or maybe powering with a battery to see if the noise goes away..

What kind of PSU? What kind of noise? You could be a lot more specific..

Attach a noise meter to each stage and see which one is generating it and/or which one isn't filtering it out.

Use an oscilloscope to characterize the noise.  Line triggering will reveal if power line ripple is a problem.  External triggering will reveal if it is switching noise.
