Hey all-

I was interested in seeing if an old Timex Sinclair still worked and realized that I have no TVs with screw terminals anymore.

I was wondering how to get the output of a RF switch into a modern TV?  I tried taking the two wires with the spade connectors and connecting them to the pin and shield of a male RCA and then going into the composite IN of the TV but that did not work (maybe it should and my switch is bad?)

Thanks for any thoughts
Tim

You can pull the composite video off the board before it goes to the RF modulator if you don't mind a small amount of soldering. http://www.mainbyte.com/ts1000/composite.html

I recently did a similar mod to get s-video (seperate chroma and luminance) out of a VIC-20. like night and day.
