« on: April 27, 2014, 09:49:30 am »
Hi,

have some coil transformers from ATX power supply. Would like to know their muscles but all what I see are some numbers/letters. Could not find info on google, maybe searching for wrong keywords. Examples:

309-35119-220 V: D631 Hi-POT OK

308-16136-220 V:C631

308-19113-220 V:6633

thanks a lot

Those are house codes from whichever Chinese company that wound them to order for the OEM of the power supply. You are not really likely to find out any info, and really you will find it hard to either reuse for another purpose or even take them apart without breaking them. Typically you will have a primary winding of a few turns, possibly 2 feedback windings and then a shield and a set of secondary windings.
