id a tcxo

hi guys i am trying to identify  the manufacture and find datasheet for the part pictured

from what i can see it 16.368mhz tcxo , but from the logo i cant find who makes it and it ppm rate ,it is in 3220 package

ny help would be good finding further details

Hello, the manufacturer logo is Kyocera.

thanks , i will contact them for further details

their markings on part is very hard to work out
i have spent a lot of time looking at their current and discontinued spec sheets , and most show only ordering information not how the markings relate on the component
