Identifying the IC manufacturer in link

2. Its a Li-Ion battery protection IC, 20 Pin SOP package, 9 & 10 Pin are shorted to ground

3. From symbol "M" on it, seems like Microchip IC, but microchip have no such solution I had checked.

Look for mitsumi MM1414C chip

IC which I have on board has similar looking "M" logo on IC.
