Inductor question

I'm looking at a reference schematic which has an inductor but does not specify the inductance. The inductor is labelled with 0.5amp 120 Ohm 100Mhz. How do I compute the inductance from these values?

It might make things easier if we could see the schematic....

I've attached a pic of the part of the schematic I'm talking about.
