K type thermocouple - Any suggestions?

Hi.
I'm looking for an option for the K type thermocouple that comes in multimeters because they usually give a lot of difference in temperature measurement.
I've seen some models on dealextreme:
http://www.dealextreme.com/p/k-type-surface-temperature-probe-3933
http://www.dealextreme.com/p/k-type-surface-temperature-probe-3934
http://www.dealextreme.com/p/k-type-surface-temperature-probe-3923
http://www.dealextreme.com/p/surface-temperature-probe-50-500-c-34206
There's even a cheaper one that supports 350ÂșC that would be enough for me:

Anyone used one of those? Can you recommend an alternative? My main objective is to monitor motherboard temperature during a reflow operation.
