Lattice Diamond. Can't create a project

I'm using Lattice Diamond 3.4.0.80 version.

I use these details:

• Family – LatticeXP2,
• Device – LFXP2-5E,
• Package type – TQFP144,
• Performance grade – 6
• Operating conditions – Commercial
When I try to create a project, console says:

Failed to create project
It is my first time I use this software on my personal computer. The error message doesn't give me a lot of information, I have no idea what is wrong. (For example same project would work in my university's computer class). I also can't open projects, created in other computer.
