LED choice

I am doing a project on path tracking using image processing and I need to use LED s for tracking path.from the image taken with slow shutter speed camera.i have 3 LED of different color close to each other. For distinguishing them properlly what type of LED will be best suited.

red green and blue, though you will want a bright red, or to dim the green and blue quite a bit. to level them out

as your tracking it with a camera, you should be able to work out how much light you need,

if you need accurate positioning use waterclear leds, noting that they will appear dimmer at an angle but will be a very tight point light source,

if you need crude positioning, look for wide diffused led's

as for a specific make and model, i cannot say, i have never done any active tracking, only long shutters on a fixed area,
