Long term measuring: Use a Hantek6022BE? or does an Arduino do the job better?

I would like to use the oscilloscope for measuring long term voltage changes. But I can't find any way to use either the open software or the official one to show long term changes with the Hantek6022BE.
How can I use the oscilloscope  to show battery discharging curves?
I've also got an Arduino, which can do the same, but I want to use the oscilloscope...
