If you can get the dimensions and ohm value of the potentiometer you might be able to fix it. Bourn has bushingless pots what appear to be around that size .

Try Mouser or Digikey .
What game controller is it for.

Was looking for Xbox 360 style, but could do Xbox One style. It's for a custom built controller. I've seen a lot of potentiometers but what I'm focused on is the actual plastic pieces. Even if I could get a 3D model of the plastic pieces that would be helpful. Just having the potentionmeter is only a portion of what I need.
