I am looking to buy a low voltage 1 to 2 volts and high current (above 10A) SCHOTTKY Diode.
Any suggestions which website I can get them for a lower cost.

I have a DC source generating high current at low voltage and want to stop reverse currents, if any one wondering what the SCHOTTKY is for,

Thanks

How low do you want the Vf drop to be ?. You can use a reversed D-S Mosfet to act as  a very low Vf drop diode ( a few m ohms on resistance) in many situations .(P chan in high side or N chan in gnd side).

The problem is that the schottky would dissipate 10-20W. So even if you find one which is rated for 10A, it still needs to have high enough dissipation and cooling. That means TO220 package at least, with a heatsink at least 5-10K/W. And a SCH like that will not be cheap, I know, because I have a constant search for them for the same reasons.
If your design can tolerate MOSFET, consider using them. A little guide:

If you seriously don't want to waste V or E, then something like - www.linear.com/product/LTC4412 are the way to go.
There are a few variants in this type of device and they work extremely well. Just an option.
Hello <tap> <tap> .. is this thing on?
