Hello every one , I am in need of assistance.
I need to create a circuit to measure low resistance (0-10 ohm), the thing is I'll be measuring sensitive components so it must be low current probing (5mA max).
I tried doing some thing with simple voltage divider or Wheatstone bridge and then use an LM358 to get a dissent voltage that will be measured by an A>D converter,
but I cant get an accurate measurements because of the low current limitation.
I tried looking up ohmmeters on google but I couldn't find anything use full, all I get are circuits of analog ohmmeters that doesn't help me in any way.
I don't want to reinvent the wheel , I just need a simple circuit that will be able to measure resistance in the range between 0 to 10 ohm with 0.1% error max, and it has to be single supply.
I will appreciate any help , thanks in advance.
