On the RJ45 side, the J1-8 on 1 are the same as RJ1-8 on 2, so just follow the schematic.
e.g. J3 = P7 = RX+
They have drawn the schematics in different orders to make it easier to read in version 1 over 2. The PCB side pinouts often vary, my last project I used tab up sockets to make the PCB layout easier over tab down.
Ethernet pairs are 1&2, 4&5, 3&6, and 7&8
