Mains voltage multiplier HV DC supply question

How does this work the inductors, (and relay), are a mystery, I know how a normal doubler, or tripler etcetera works but this seems one step beyond:

If you look at the board, it says +600 and -600.

My guess is it is simply two multipliers, one for neg and one for pos.

The other stuff is perhaps filtering and a relay to switch on the thing, perhaps with a current limiting w/w resistor.

Is there supposed to be a circuit for this 4x multipler on that page, i cant see it

Edit: hm.. that's odd, it just magically appeared the next time i loaded the page.

It's just a link to a photo of the PCB, I shouldn't have used the word circuit.
