On any DMM has a LCD. Can I make this LCD by myself with my icon on it ?

Do you mean getting a custom LCD made to have certain characters on it. Surely you can. However, you will need to order in a pretty large quantity and it may be somewhat expensive.

As above, you can talk to a lcd manufacturer to make you an lcd screen with all the icons and segments for digits where you want them. But you'd probably need to order 1000 or so for them to have a profit or be interested to do it.
Or, if you don't need to have those high contrast icons with nice shapes, you can get lcd screens that are dot matrix, meaning you can turn individual pixels on and off, something like this for example:

You can see the individual pixels and how big they are. Also, there's loads of similar lcds that also have easier to use connectors, just check the link above and the category the lcd is in.
