So you want to break out the second set of 'links' to a different connector? I was going to do the same thing once but with HDMI, so that I could use a pair of 30' HDMI cables to carry dual-link DVI, but then I found a 30' dual-link DVI cable so I never made it. The schematic for it is obvious, figure it out.

You cannot use a single DVI port (dual link or not) to drive two independent displays. You can clone displays, this does not require dual link, and there are off the shelf products for this.

How this is supposed to work? There is only one DDC clock/data link in dual link connector. There are not two separate DVI interfaces in a single connector.

My goal is to: https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1gtF4byb5VBjdA9oF6CixwnFB3OdRKdtvP389e9Kfqhs/edit?usp=sharing

Only if you want two monitors showing the same image.

yes after it would have been possible to consider in times q 'extra screen it would ect better but those not required

you have the wiring diagram ?
To clone display image, you would to need connect both monitors to the same link. However you cannot just connect them in parallel because that would cause impedance mismatch and signal integrity would be completely ruined. You would need some TMDS repeater IC which can make 2 outputs with the same signal from single input.
