Mimetics Corp. Amigen Repair

Hey all,
I've got an Amiga Amigen genlocker that doesn't output a good picture, especially when there is an input signal. Not sure where to begin, but it does have tantalum caps, so I may replace them. Any other suggestions or points of focus?
