How would one go about analyzing this circuit?

What's to analyse?  Assuming the 5V battery can supply 5A with negligible voltage drop, the 1 Ohm resistor will pass 5A as it has 5V across it and the 1K resistor will pass 15mA as it has 15V across it.

With the presumption that the voltage sources are "ideal" - that is, their ESR=0 - then it's just as Ian.M has stated.
