MSP55LV100S Read / Program

Hi,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section...  I am after a bit of advice on how to reprogram a MSP55LV100S chip.  I believe these are NVPROMs, which I think I should be able to reprogram with the correct hardware.  I cannot find a data sheet for this device so I am a bit clueless where to begin.

I have one of these on a PCB, and I am sure its corrupted - generating noisy sound on Neo Geo MVS.  I can remove the chip but not sure how to go about reprogramming it.  Does anyone know of a cost effective way / programmer to do this?

I've got a couple of EPROM programmers but they are for 40 pin or less chips, and I am guessing this particular chip could have some serial interface or something for programming?  I've also got a USB 3 in 1 JTAG programmer but not sure if that could be used or not without understanding how this chip works, or more specifically the pin out etc.

Game system? Most likely mask ROM, followed by PROM. Neither are reprogrammable.

Sorry but your assumption is incorrect.  These chips have been reprogrammed already - I can tell they've been reclaimed from other systems.  Just need to work out how I can reprogram them.
