You can record the correct waveform for the control codes and then use a PICC or other MCU to generate these codes on button press and feed this to the modulate in lieu of the existing chip. I have done this with TV remotes to make remote controls to control other equipment and motors.

First is a generic dip switch remote, while the others look like a rolling code remote. The top one is a $10 unit here, which is a learning remote that will record and play back the code from almost any non rolling code remote with no problem. The DIP switch ones are somewhat manufacturer dependant as they use slightly different timings on the same basic holtek code engine, which is a common item. Those cost from $5 depending on the type.

I don't know anything related to digital yet , is there any way you may help me with that ?

First one is a Holtek but I can't read the part number on it. Looks like a 12-bit code though.

The one you want to change is a PT2262 which is a 12-trit encoder. You can see the 10x2 solder pads + 2 buttons on the back.

If they work on the same frequency you could try setting the address using either 0 -> 0, 1 -> 2 or 0 -> 0, 1 -> 1 and compare the waveforms...
