Need help choosing to buy an oscilloscope

Allright guys here is a little update
I have tried to repair the CRT connection on the 2215 by resoldering a hundread connection around on the mainboard but with no luck.
Since you need an oscilloscope to fix an oscilloscope Ive bought another one
AND I GOT JACK POT

an ex school Tektronix 2430A 150Mhz from ebay with PAT test sticker expirity of 2018 april
which is fully working! I couldnt be any happier. I might try to fix the other one, once I have finished my exams for HND.
