106=10 microfarad
Looks like a tantalum capacitor

The last digit is the exponent. So you have 10*10^6 picofarads

Ahh, Understands now , and second line on the capacitor is Volt , so if I'm correct the cap on the picture is 10uf/6V ?

No, I don't think it's 6v.

It's 10 uF , it's Tantalum.  The K in 6K may be short for +/- 10%  or the whole "6K" may code for a voltage rating, I can't tell for sure.

Be careful because the mark there at the top of the image is the POSITIVE side of the capacitor, contrary to how electrolytic capacitors are marked.

Also be careful of the voltage rating, because if the circuit voltage is higher than what this tantalum capacitor can support, it can explode or burn with actual flames, unlike electrolytics which more or less just pop up and make smoke.

Some SMD components use that way of writing where the last digit is the number of zeroes .. ex 101 = 100 uF .  You may also see something like 2R2 which is 2.2 ohm, another way of writing stuff (because dot may be too small to see)

See pg17: http://www.kemet.com/Lists/ProductCatalog/Attachments/254/KEM_T2005_T491.pdf

Understands , I have a PowerPC card for an Amiga 1200 computer and 1 smd cap got knocked , so i have to replace whit an new cap , the PowerPC card runs on 3.3V,2.5V and 5V so if i get an cap that is rated 10V i will be safe
