need part a GND Wire

Hi everyone,

I hope I can somewhat decribe what I need.
Up till now I had for my PCB's a part of the GND as a wire on top of the board so I could easily connect my oscilloscope probe to it.
It was basically 2 vias for the cable and then I pluged in a bare copper wire.
My question is is there a part that does excatly that, I tried searching for it  but as english is my second language I'm in a bit of a loss.
