new power supply from bg, thoughts ?

So i just saw in the new arrivals section of Banggood this PS:

Since there was another one that was discussed here i thought you experienced guys could comment on this new one

I know about the problems with the first Banggood power supply that was copied from an old Greek kit but I do not know about this one.

Not much in the way of active devices for a PSU with voltage and current control.  I wonder if they are doing something really nasty and handling the actual regulation within the micro?

I suspect it to be a variation of the MCU controlled tuxgraphics PS...that is to say, not a very sound design.
