NFC Module

If I get an RFID module will it work for NFC? or do I have to get one that says NFC/RFID module?
This is my right hand this is my wrong hand

That depends very much on the frequency the module works at. RFID can work in a wide range of frequencies, from 125kHz all the way up to the GHz range. NFC on the other hand always works at 13.56MHz. So if your module works at 13.56MHz, it'll most likely do NFC. If uses one of the other common frequencies (125kHz, 433MHz, 868MHz) then NFC isn't possible.
