npn/shcmit trigger ic

hi i am looking for a npn transistor/schmit trigger ic. iam trying to build this generator
a craftsman multimeter, bk precsion scope

Any inverter schmitt trigger inverter should be fine, like 74HC14.
Note that this one can operate from 2V to 6V.
