opamp amplificator

Hello,
I would like to ask you, can we built opamp amplifiacator with LM741 without GND? like in the follow video of radio circuit, I think there is no GND or 0V

If you watched the video through to the end, then you'll see it does have a 0V/GND rail.



It's not a very good circuit. The op-amp is not biased properly and demodulation is performed using the PN junctions on the op-amp inputs.

And as far as taking only a minute to make, yeah right? That hand wound coil certainly took a lot longer than a minute to make.

It's not a very good circuit. The op-amp is not biased properly

It`s even worse - the inverting opamp node is floating and there is POSITIVE feedback.

The input pin numbers of the opamp are shown backwards. Pin 2 is the inverting input and pin 3 is the non-inverting reference voltage input that has no voltage.

If we romove the GND or 0 no connection will work?

No, you need a complete circuit for a current to flow, so it won't work if the 0V connection is removed.

Oh and the correct English term is amplifier.
