What does this statement mean from description of a MCP1402.

IE what is a Parasitic PCB Layout?

It means someone at Microchip was sleepy. It should be "the parasitics in the PCB layout" (parasitic capacitance/inductance).

Cool I thought that the Parasites where taking over and infecting PCB's  :P
