Hello there... Here is my problem...
I'm fixing a Samsung TV for a friend and since it's a LED TV, Power supply is out (deuah.. they all do that!)
After a quick sweep, I realised some FETs are dead as well as some diodes...
Now... anyone know the cross ref of these? I figured out one acceptable crossref partswap, (which I have on hand) but none of the others yet...
Here it is:
K3561 (Datasheet really looks the same as IRF840)
K3568 (I can't barely see a functionnal difference from the previous apart from the Vgs ampage)
STR6252 (nope it's not strw6252)
N1156 something (no results found on the internet... I'll double check and note edit this post to the right
Anything else from vishay? Fairchild?
