also, the zones are, Zone 1: Front door, Zone 2: motion, Zone 3: motion, Zone 4: inside door.

You need to set your front door to entry/exit, not perimeter.
I haven't done DSC in years so I can't tell you exactly how to fix this. However the installation manual is surely online if you don't have it.

i have done so like this,
[000] 0 11 #
[001] 01 04 04 01 00 00 00 00 # (each corresponding to each zone)
[005] 030 045 045 004 #
[202] 1 2 3 4 *5 *6 *7 *8 # (* represents off position)
[101] 1 2 3 4 *5 6 *7 *8 # (again * represents off position)
[102] 1 2 *3 4 *5 6 *7 *8 # (again as above)
[103] 1 2 *3 4 *5 6 *7 *8 # (same)
[104} 1 2 3 4 *5 6 *7 *8 # (same)
also i will post a pic of it soon...

Without even looking at the manual I can tell you it's one of three things.
It's either the state the alarm is set in. e.g. home and set, or away and set.
The zone setup (how the zone responds when triggered or if the keypad needs to be in the entry zone).
Or you are misreading or calculating the entry delay somewhere.
Write down how everything was setup (which you should have done before you started).
Remove everything aside from the keypad and the front door sensor.
Disable all other zones.
Reread the manual completely.
Make sure after you set it to "set and exit" you give the system ample time to arm completely as per the manual.
Even simulate yourself leaving.
If you cant get it working after that it's full depower or factory defaults time.

right now i have the PC-Link on it (which made it less time consuming) and am trying to program it.. but have the same results with the siren when i enter back in, which is supposed to be the keypad beeping when i enter to disarm the system.

All it can be is an entry delay problem, or the door isn't configured as a door. That's it. Very likely nothing else.
Double and triple-check your programming. There is likely something wrong there.
