Hello!, Can you explain why some traces are often look like this?

Length matching. The ones that would end up shorter than their neighbors are folded up to get extra length, so that there's no skew between the signals at the end.

it's cool to think about that now we're able to build stuff that takes the fastest stuff in the universe into consideration!
