Problem in forum email notification

There is some problem in forum email notification.
Whenever 1st reply is posted to forum, an email is received. But few reply there are no further email notication even if everytime I click "Notify by email"

That's normal - at least on the other forums I'm on and have moderated.  It assumes that if you cared about a thread enough to get one notification, it will assume you'll log into to check it.
