Problem with MAX14830

Hi all
I want to have more UARTs on my Raspberry Pi. I have my own PCB with MAX14830 unfortunately i can't send anything. Problem is UART clock - when i set bypassing dividers and PLL then ClockReady flag is always 0. I can write to TXFIFO and read their counter but chip doesn't send anything.
