Like these Red 415 volt cee form either 3 pin and earth or 4 pin and earth the four pin ones have 3 phase and neutral.

Over here the 3 phase system is standard but the CEE connectors got 5 pins (3 phases, neutral and earth). They are available in 16A and 32A versions. Got one of those in the DIY workshop :-)

Addidional question.

What will the V RMS be if you measure the phases between the star connection and transformator (type 400Vx3).
And V RMS Between Phase and earth.
And the most I wonder is what will the Vpp be at the phases? Can anyone predict?

At the spokes of the star it's 400V between the phases and 240V between any phase and neutral/earth. Same for the delta connection. But at the hub of the star it should be about 0V vs. neutral/earth for an ideal load. Sometimes the hub is connected to neutral. The three phases are 120° apart, that's the magic :-) For large motors (>5kW) a switch between star and delta connection is required to limit the current when starting the motor. You start the motor in star connection and then switch to delta for full power. There are also multi-phase systems with much more phases than just three.

Nice! Where's that damn shovel? :-) For one/two family houses the standard feed is 63A 3 phases and each flat is secured by 35A fuses. So I need some more copper :-)

Is that 63 amp per phase and is phase to phase 415 volts, 40KVA a house seems a lot the company fuses here are usually 100 amp at 240 volts for a house, 24 KVA. I used to run my workshop off a 40KVA supply and that included a 75 KVA spot welder.

Yep, 63A per phase and 420V phase to phase (wires for main distribution are 16mm²).
