radio transmitter circuit
« on: May 19, 2015, 07:31:34 am »
Hello,
I would like to ask you if I can send data with simple radio, circuit transistors and op-amp, is there a circuit (transmitter and receiver)?
Thank you

you can buy off the shelf modules to receive and transmit, I think they work on something like 440MHz. an FM trasmitter is relatively easy to make and there are lots of diagrams online but you would need a radio to decode it again. What sort of data are you trying to transmit ?

There are several off the shelf options.
433MHz modules, wifi, bluetooth and GSM/3G/4G are all radio.
Building your own transmitter/is also possible. Lots of schematics can be found online.

But do you want exactly?
Over what distance do you want to communicate?
What  sort of data and how much?

If you want to build something yourself then you should look into your country's regulations regarding radio.
There may be restrictions and you may need a license.

Hello,
thank you for your reply
my circuit is just for getting the base of working such circuits, I want to send binary data one or two regardless what they are, with important distance, some Amateurs use the frequency of 27Mhz and other high frequencies, I am looking for simple Ideas (transistor, Op-amp)
thank you
