It would help if you filled out your profile, so we'd know what country you live in.

I have never seen them for less than $35 American.

At 4 PM EST today, March 6th, Newegg is selling them for $35.00 with free shipping to the US.
I don't know if they ship to the UK.
The day Al Gore was born there were 7,000 polar bears on Earth.
Today, only 26,000 remain.

Considering 100% of production are manufactured in Wales, UK, under a contract with both Farnell and RS, you really can't get cheaper than that unless someone is prepared to buy in bulk from those distributors and then offer a tiny discount. Or perhaps some companies providing some kind of VAT dodge?

If you only need one or two, get them from the horses mouth. Free next day delivery included.

Thanks Erwin.  I was going to pick up an RPi from Newegg this afternoon.  Instead I went for the BB Black for $45 from Adafruit.

In my country you can't find the Pi at any low price, in fact the BBB is in stock and cheaper (plus is fully open source and flash is included). It seems like the 25-35 usd price point was a good marketing scheme :P

In the US microcenter.com has had them for $29.99 for a bit of time now. I picked up a couple from a local store this past weekend.
