Only one idea, type rf energy harvesting into google ;) (Also try google scholar.)

Oi, you're making vague questions so you'll get very generic answers. You can find papers which will walk you through the basics of energy harvesting (ie. impedance matching, rectification and it's losses, etc). A lot of them have test circuits they build with discrete components as well you could just copy or you could even buy some of the existing COTS chipsets or their development kits.

All the general information on how to do this is widely available, if you have a specific problem you'll have to ask a specific question.

You can say that again.
If three 100  Ohm resistors are connected in parallel, and in series with a 200 Ohm resistor, how many resistors do you have?

OP....

Are you planning to power something with this harvested RF energy? You may find it troublesome to get an LED lit up.

Some years ago someone living near a powerful short wave transmitter in the U.K. was prosecuted for theft of electricity when he erected an antenna and used it to power lights in his house!
