I have a Fluke RF probe, it's my 2nd as I blew the first one up
The highest RF voltage it can read is 30Vrms, I would like to read much higher Voltages with it
like 100+Vrms but I would like to keep the accuracy of it.
is there something I can plug inline with it that will do this ?
thanks

What are you measuring? If I were you, I would be careful with those 100Vrms, that probe blew up for a reason. You may be able to cook up a voltage divider, but better give us more details.
