Agilent DSO 1102B

hi was looking for an upgrade after departing from my HP 54600A digital oscilloscope, seen an Agilent DSO 1102B,compared to my previous scope, this one is superior and more modern, I want to know if there are other from your experience (good quality, I mean stable) scopes with same specs, I want to compare specs and prices in the same range
here are the spec for Agilent DDSO 1102B

* it is just for a hobbyist bench, 100mhz ,2 channels scope

As many here will tell you, the Rigol DS2000 series scopes are superior in practically every respect to that Agilent, which is itself a rebadged Rigol. Some of Dave's blogs feature the DS2000, and Mark Madell (marmad on this forum) has done a video review and a lot of work to support it.

The DS2072 is around the same price as the DSO1102B, although it only has 70MHz bandwidth. The 100MHz DS2102 is a bit pricier.

That scope is out of date and very expensive for what you get.  A Rigol DS2102 retails for $1143 and is far superior.

Isn't the one mentioned , the same as a Rigol 1102E

Not the 1000E series, I think it's either the Rigol 1000B or 1000CA series. Either way, not good value for your money unless you value Agilent service and support, and even then it's poor value compared to the Agilent X2000 series.
