small pitch PCB manufacture, cheep and deliering to austria?

I'm looking for a PCB manufacture that could make PCB's suitable for small pitch SMD IC's that would be cheep and located in Europe delivering to Austria.

What is "small pitch"?  Even the cheap Chinese services offer enough precision for 0.5mm pitch devices.
