SPICE Model for NE602 Wanted
« on: July 17, 2018, 08:36:07 pm »
Hi!
I am trying to find spice model for the NE602 mixer or the SA602 or the SA612
I have done a search on the web with no success finding any models.
I want them for TINA.
Do they exist?

I'd ask NXP. If they don't have it, odds are it doesn't exist. You normally don't use Spice for VHF-frequency simulation.

NE602 is not produced anymore (discontinued ~20y back), the NE612 is the replacement.. Search for "NE612" or "SA612" instead..
