My vote:

$60  =  DSO112 from Singapore (not China).  I am happy with mine.

$279  =  a Siglent model  (I do not have one)

$375 - everyone is going to say - save up another $75 and get a Rigol DS1054  - once you decide, ask where to buy.  I am happy with mine and it keeps my DSO112 honest.  No regrets.

Do a search on this forum for DS1054z and you will get one million hits because it is the most popular.

This leaves a gap from $60 to $280 that I do not know how to fill.  The only thing I can think of is maybe there is a Pico USB in that price range.  I think also there is a Hantek USB in that range.

Summary (low to high):

- DSO112
- Hantek USB
- Pico USB  (maybe)
- Siglent
- Rigol DS1054z   (but over $300)

If you would add another 100$ (I know it's 25% more that what you may spend), you could buy DS1054Z, it's quite a new product, but has good opinions.
